At Twinkles Stars, we are committed to making sure your order reaches you safely and on time. Please review the following shipping information before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed during our regular business days. Orders placed after our daily processing cut-off time will be processed on the next working day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available working day.

2. Delivery Time

Orders are generally delivered within 4 -5 Workign Days after dispatch.

During sales, holidays, peak seasons, or unexpected courier delays, delivery may take longer than the usual estimated timeframe.

3. Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on orders above 5000 PKR.
Orders below this amount are subject to a shipping fee of 5000 PKR.
Any additional charges applicable to special or international deliveries will be communicated where necessary.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided through the contact details supplied at checkout, where tracking is available.

5. Delivery Address

Orders will be delivered to the address provided during checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner may contact you before delivery. Please ensure that your phone number is active and accessible.

If the recipient is unavailable, additional delivery attempts may be made according to the courier company's procedures.

7. Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact Twinkles Stars with your order number. We will coordinate with the courier and assist you in locating your parcel.

8. International Orders

For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance. Any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.
