Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original tags may not be accepted.

Please contact Twinkles Stars before sending a sale item back to confirm whether it is eligible for exchange.

4. Size Exchange

If you need a different size, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Size exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us and provide your order number along with clear pictures or videos of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and assist you with the next steps.

6. Exchange Shipping

Shipping charges for exchanges may apply depending on the reason for the exchange.

If the exchange is required because Twinkles Stars sent an incorrect or defective item, we will review the case and provide the appropriate solution.

7. Refunds

Refunds are only issued where approved by Twinkles Stars and according to the circumstances of the order.

Approved refunds will be processed through the applicable payment method or another method agreed upon with the customer.
